Don't know about Seth, since he's boring, sucks and has a yin yang in his belly (which is f**king stupid) but Sagat, totally. You can beat anybody with any fierce button, really. Pick one and mash away.

I was afraid you were referencing CPU Seth. That Seth is even easier. It's just like Smash Bros, the CPU gets too aggressive. If you can block/dodge/counter you can beat anything they throw at you.
But hey I'd like to see what the new one can do. I'm just hoping my mains aren't being changed for the worse.

Oh and I thought I would add that the new and improved Guile looks amazing from the gameplay vids I've watched. Less charge time for his moves now. I can already hear TS crying.

I do have it now spook, it's still nice having friends who work for GameStop.

Only played it for a few minutes, did the Challenge mode to check out the new Ultras mostly. Only checked out a few characters. Maybe later I'll check out Guile and let you know.

Nitpicking: Unless it's an unlockable option, there's no selectively chose each characters voice. It's either all English or all Japanese. Do not like.


EDIT: Guile's new Ultra, Sonic Hurricane, does a bit less damage than Flash Explosion, but has a faster recovery time. I ran some numbers in Training against Dan:

Flash Explosion:
Damage: 210
Combo Damage: 510
Max Damage: 510
Max Combo: 9

Sonic Hurricane:
Damage 150
Combo Damage: 420
Max Damage: 420
Max Combo 6


EDIT 2: Rufus's new Ultra, Big Bang Typhoon, will make you lol. A lot.


EDIT 3: Cammy and Fei Long have these new counter-like Ultras. They do some pretty nice damage, but require precision timing in order to be effective.
