I only have one image on my phone... and no micro sd card right now. When I can upload it I will.. but I'm really not kidding about that wild night.

That's very charitable of you. If it were me, I would have said, "screw you guys, the only people I've got to impress are the naked girls in my hot tub."

However, if it were me, it would have been a lie in the first place.

I'm getting all kinds of inspiration to write my own music from listening to Pixies' Doolittle. It's the first physical cd I've bought in about a year.

It's a very nice feeling.

I'm listening to Pandora so I can get a cure from that hilariously bad brokeNCYDE crap that they were talking about in another threat. Currently the song is "Nerve' by Sollwork. Never heard it before. Wait...actually I think I have heard it on Pandora before. Sweet.

Yeah, that's a really good one. :)

I'm listening to King Khan and His Shrines' What Is?! Quite good garage rock revival music.

Y'know, I've never actually listened to the Pixies. I really like Modest Mouse, and I've heard that the Pixies were one of their primary influences, so maybe I would like them...

They're both indie rock, but other than that I don't think they're all that similar to each other. And yeah Pixies are better, but Modest Mouse is also worth hearing. Check out the album Moon & Antarctica.

I'm listening to Discovery by Daft Punk. :P

I flipped through their whole catalog on iTunes a couple months ago. Granted that :30-1:00 of tracks isn't enough to make a full evaluation, but I just didn't get any of it. Stop singing like that, dude. Take guitar lessons.

Music's about more than playing well and singing properly, though.

Of course it is. I love Cake, and Cake's singer sings poorly or talk-sings, and their guitar riffs are often cheesy. This is done intentionally. I get it, and I love it. I don't get Modest Mouse. It just hasn't clicked for me.

Also, GRAND SLAM.

Secret Chiefs 3 - Xaphan - Book of Angels pt 9.

(Arrangements of some songs from the Masada Songbook 2 (John Zorn) done incredibly well. There are hundreds of songs in each of those books, Zorn is a crazy motherf**ker)

Under Brooklyn Palms - Gestrueppgestraeuch

(some great psychedelic stuff)

Oh, I forgot your boards look like that. I saw six KERMIT posts, but it wasn't no grand slam.

What's up with you, Dan, and some others being promoted? Are you guys stand-in mods or what?

We've got a hidden "MM Live" board we use for plotting and subterfuge, and they have to be mods of that board to be able to even see it. That's why they're all bold and stuff.

This thread is now not safe for work.

I have the Geo Wars 2 theme remix stuck in my head.

I'm listening to a recent follow-up of an album called, "Black Light Syndrome". It's a trio of Tony Levin, Steve Stevens and Terry Bozzio. This album's called, "Dangerous" and the tune itself is called, "Lost".
